tough living in the "country" kited from 6.20 till 8 with no crowd this am (actually solo) enough time to get home have a shower shave ** whip up some banana pancakes(memories of indo) have a coffee and be at work at 9 (and make this post).............

I x pancake mix
2 x bananas cut thinly lengthways
Honey

Add water to pancake mix and shake
Pour into hot nonstick frypan
Add thin strips of nana
Flip pancake
Serve with honey

mmmmmmmmmmm

pancake mix (use milk not water) mix it up good. Transfer to a bowl.
Mash 2 small or one large banana. add to the mix stir really well
Cook as per normal.
Serve with golden syrup.
....perfection.

The built like a brick outhouse lady man (Ha) in Phi Phi Island - Thailand - outside Tin Tin's bar cooked them deluxe!!

Boy the lady man knew how to handle his bananas.. more ironys there than you poke a crepe at.

add a few drops of (fresh squeezed) lemon juice to the pancake mix

makes them become alltime

and a big squirt of chocolate sauce,,,,,mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Don't add banana's to the pancake mix, slice banana's lengthwise (and strawberries) and fry in a little olive oil, place on top of pancakes pour on real maple syrup (not that maple flavoured carp)and a scoop of vanilla icecream mmmmm.....how much does a 17mtr Zephyr cost I think I'm gunna need one.

Squeeze of lemon juice in the mix is good for sure.

There is only real maple syrup.. the immitaion stuff is made from recycled moose turj. Honestly.

Don't know if many do this but adding a godd dash of salt and suger to the mix is good too.

Gotta leave the mix for 10-15 mins after whisking too.. not that I ever have the patience with the squids yapping at my heals for pancakes.

That sounds like the life. Where do you kite. What sort of p.c. do you use to be kiting from 6.20am to 8am and make this post at 7.35am. Is it waterproof

interesting point although it was posted at around 8.35 regardless of the indicated time(is there a logical explanation from the gallery , either that or i have extremely long arms or am fibbing or both ) 4.5 mins to the main beach from the time i close the garage and just over five to drive from home to work........(yes north coast i don't use a pilot chute ,dr.who is not around....and i struggle with a mob ph)

Best pancake mix. easy too!

1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 egg.... Thats it. good for 2 people
I add sugar too.

blend a banana and add to mixture.
