noticed a new look in buy/sell,i think you should still have how much the ad costs upfront not at the end of the ad.its also twice price from only 4 weeks ago ?
Maybe Laurie is saving up for a Kite Surfari Trip. I thought he would have got in for free due to all the free publicity. 
I wonder if the number of 'contact me for pictures' adds will sky rocket? 
Pretty sure it still says $14 for a premium advert? Small price to pay when you consider that many many ad's that are reasonably priced get sold within a week or so...
I just had to fork out over $85 to Ebay for selling a macbook, and using Paypal to get payment...
No price change (no change for 3+ years), and price is clearly stated before you enter your advert?
You can also list for free still .. sorry to see the B&S still confused you, as a lot of effort was put in to improve it for buyers & sellers.
One major change was because some folks complained about the 'pay first', 'then list' (plus it was a bit 'clunky') .. so, it got re-engineered to 'list first', then pay 2nd, and generally an easier to use interface. Feedback so far, is that it's much better....

It's the only place I have ever advertised a kite and it has always worked for me, sold one today. 
when i placed an ad yesterday for a kite i went through normal procedure like i did 4 weeks ago,and many times previous,but the usual page was totally different, even the uploading of pics was different and the $14 sign didnt come up either,i proceeded and it wasnt till the end after giving payment details that the total was $28, not sure whats happened there,i agree its the best deal for advertising around was just surprised with the change.now when i click on buy/sell its telling me i have purchased ads and they are ready to be used,i have noticed the ad is listed tho.Laurie i sent you a copy of the page that comes up on my screen,cheers
