I have just obtained a delta style kite , when I am under powered the wing tips fold and snap back. Has enyone else had this problem and how did you solve it?

youv'e managed to answer your own question in the first sentence ... and get red thumbz 
Almost always caused by underinflation, and too many red thumbs, pump the kite up harder.

Sounds like you are too soft... It's embarrassing, isn't it ?
Is this a common problem ?
Do you need to talk to someone about it ?
p.s. In a mad rush to kite the other day, I went out 'Soft' - it will never happen again !!!
