Hey bros

looks like i might be heading to the gold coast late august.



Hows the wind then. should i take my kites?

whats the riding like?

is it worthy?

Wind... Take a guess we get the weather originating from down south SA/VIC way which comes up mainly in either Sly or SW winds.

It's 90% surf or choppy flats if there's any east in the wind. If everything adds up could be awesome ans theres no beaches like on the goldy :) maybe el niño will pull through for us keep an eye on the long range forecasts and the seabreeze one before you leave. Bout all can suggest mate.

Season usually Kicks back in around October, usually off-shore when weather is cooler, like in August.
Take your kites only if you are happy to gamble on very bad odds.

I like to think by Sept the winds will be here. I'd leave your 7m at home tho
