but you'll get at least a couple of days a week on the water even if it's an average season.
Mornington Peninsula; head to Balnarring Beach in Western Port Bay for the summer southerly seabreezes.
Port Phillip Bay, anything in the upper half of the bay where the S/SE seabreeze works, usually from ~Carrum and up.
