hey all, when i was 18 a few mates & i went to panthers every second weekend from newcastle for a few years, & had a ball. it has 2 speed lakes like the one in qld, i think its the same people??

nah, I mean I thought it was an old thread from the start of the year. Penrith has been open again for a while now, fair few threads been about it on here to.
Yeah it opened at the tail end of 2009. Galah is on the money. The season passes are just about expired. They were considering opening during winter if they get enough interest.
Not sure if they start weekend but it's 50/50 if they wakeboard or ice skate with Sydney's weather this week... 
looks like it it will ice over this weekend,
might hold off till warmer weather,

The water has been cooling off a little every day, but it's still surprisingly pleasant. I'd estimate about 17/18 degrees. I'm still wearing boardies.
It has been magic over the last few weeks on Thursdays and Fridays. Very few people and butter city. Open on Monday for the long weekend.
