Tobes is dead right.
Every state KSA membership procedure nows links through to one national central database. The advantages of this new system will provide major benefits to all levels of kiting in Aust. You will hear more about it from AKSA and your state KSA as the program rolls out.
The same sign-up membership link can be found on www.aksa.com.au
If the www.waksa.org.au site isnt letting you through this is just some temporary glitch as it has been working.
Use the aksa site or any other state KSA site - you state membership will be linked to your home state regardless of which site you use to start the enrolment process.

NB On any site there will be a couple of links built in to ensure your payment will be secure. Dont get frustrated its a safety net - just hit the links right thru to the secure window.
