Footage of Dom Mee in a converted 14ft Dinghy found on dinghy many months later.
I have a few questions and your thoughts.
I have no doubts this storm would be terrifying and i would not want to be there, first off the boat survived there has to be a huge lesson here.
Second he hung onto the hull outside for 5hrs i would have thought if you could survive that things would be looking less bleak .
Thirdly it looked like he filmed the storm with the hatch open? In a survial storm i would have thought filming with the hatch open would be the last thng you would be thinking of
I believe fear, cold, fatigue, where the influence in.making the decision to set off the EPIRB thus endangering mens lives who had a hell of a time in those seas to get to him.
This guy makes a living from doing these things, no one threw him out there he took the stupid risk of going into the Atlantic in a unsuitable craft so why should he expect rescue when things go pear shape?.

Madness .there is/was a Hungarian guy who has been sailing around the world in. 14 footer successfully.
I'd never go out there in that boat but bigger boats go down too like the big cat off the coast of qld in the last week.
