Just letting you know the entries to the Rottnest Foundation 2012 Festival Of Sail close this Friday. The Festival of Sail is being held on the weekend of the 28-29th of April. It involves 2 races to rottnest:
1. The Transit Race - non IRC boats (Cat 6) dash for cash direct to Rottnest
2. Round The Island Race - IRC (Cat 3)
$7000 worth of prize money for the place getters.
Start at Port Beach, big sailing party at the Hotel Rottnest and a free deep water mooring in Thompson Bay - all included in a $60 entry fee.

Great weekend! You can sail serious, not too serious, or just cruise over. ferry service provided from boat to shore, QLD is memorable. Big crowd for pizza at Quokka arms!
And that should read $50,000 in prize money up for grabs.
