Donna White from Total Physiotherapy will be hosting a talk on “How to make your body go faster / perform better” at the Sydney Sailboat Expo on the 9th April 2016 at 1pm.Don’t miss this opportunity to hear from the Australian Sailing Team’s Physiotherapist. When it comes to Sailing and your body Donna and the team at Total Physiotherapy have a wealth of knowledge and experience.The Total Physiotherapy Team has had a big month with their recent move and a new name. Formerly Sydney Road Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Centre in Seaforth they are now located at 295 Condamine Street, Manly Vale.
Donna is a Titled Sports Physiotherapist and Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) accredited provider. She was selected as the physiotherapist to work with gymnastics at the Sydney Olympics and as the team physiotherapist for sailing at the 2004 and 2012 Olympics. At the 2012 Olympics in London, sailing was the most successful team of the games. Donna is currently physiotherapist for the Rio Olympics 2016.
Just a couple more sleeps till the Sydney Sailboat Expo. I hope to see many of you there. There is a lot happening with workshops, seminars and plenty of specials to be had!
