Thumbs Up

I may have missed something but on entering Manly Harbour (Queensland) I notices that the 6 Knot sign have been changed. They used to have "No Wash" under them but this seems to have been covered up. I do look at this as I got fined by the water police for making a wash with my boats dingy when motoring at much less than 6 Knots (Don't ask me how as I have no idea either), and at the time was lectured about the harbour being 6 Knots NO wash. The fact that technically you could fine every boat going up and down the main channel for making a wash didn't matter.

So has the rules changed? Why the change to the signs?

Sometimes the cops ping an eminent lawyer for doing exactly what you did.....the lawyer sues because
the sign is an oxymoron. The sign is changed.
