A day on the river..... Racing!!!

I know you are all gagging for it, so here is our latest offering. Royal Freshwater Bay yacht Club hosted the latest round of the IRC river series on the Swan River (Melville water) in Perth, Sat 17 Dec 2011.

Some good ww/lw racing - This mainly covers the starting action.

LOL! I'm the first to agree that watching sailing ranks up there with supervising drying paint - A sport to play, not watch! I tried hard to watch some of the recent ISAF events, but it aint the same if you are not there driving.

But there are some punters that like this stuff, and it does help promote the sport to the wider community - Not to mention my own shameless self-promotion agenda!!
