Hi guys, apologies if this have been covered before but just after some advice on paint for the intside of the isolated rear compartment.
long story short I have a seperate sealed compartment at the stern which contains deck drains etc. I have just re done the through hull fittings contained in this area and want to repaint the interior of this compartment. Any ideas on what I could use?

Yep, epoxy primer. Two pack does the job. Jotun high build is nice but has no flex.
If you don't want to deal with prep, and fumes and mixing sh!t up go for Emmer clad. It's water based.
Emmer clad by parchem. Made.....by god himself.
Get yourself a good/proper face mask if you are sticking you head in a confined space with paint fumes. Not those disposable cheapo's. Unfortunately they are not cheap but will help to extend you life expectancy.
I'm done with stuffing around with masks and gloves and two-pack paints for interior usage.
I simply stick to water-based paints for interiors with no sun exposure. I may put down a Zinsster or Dulux water-based primer, put the brush in my favourite tea cup filled with plain water, then 2 hours later (yes dries quick) I use that wet brush and apply Acquanamel (or Taubmans/BritishPaints/whatever) equivalent.
Then lick my fingers clean and have a cup of tea.
Not as hard as 2-pack but when I need to cover a mark or scratch - simple, just light clean and brush over. No 2-pack prep.
I use the hard, durable 2-packs and laborious prep only on exteriors.
May not be a good idea for everyone, but it's my take.
