Just wondering...

Any one considered/ looked onto/ thought about the implications of using their boat for a BNB. I notice there's a few boats on Airbnb.

Commercial survey, insurance etc for a charter vessel obviously but what if it were only for static use at a marina?

Thoughts?

On top of what you have already mentioned, the maximum number of stays allowed in the marina would be another one. If you're trying to make/safe money whilst cruising other countries there may be a limitation on 'running a business'..

Sure there are heaps more.

I just noticed all the vessels in Syd Harbour doing it... thought that there would be a hell of a lot of boats sitting idle out there that could be put to use also.
