I'm hauling the boat out Mar.25th. the yard manager suggested I contact the previous owner and find the paint used last time as it's an easier job using the same product, I did and the paint used was Ameron ABC3.
Any one know where I can get it on the Sunshine Coast? Just checked Whitworths but it's not in their catalogue.

Got no clue but one could use Micron Extra over most other products. I used it over Altex, it works fine. 3 on leading edges, 2 on the rest, hard on the skeg and shaft, propspeed on prop. It is good for two years again.

I used this stuff for a number of years on my fishing vessel. It was the stuff the fish coop stocked. When they switched to Jotun I kept using it and bought it from North Sydney. Its a large USA company but the local product was made in Brisbane. Mine came in plain cans but the same product was sold under another name for yachtsmen with a flash label. Can't recall the name. Altec or Jotun will go straight over it.
