We had the skippers coordination meeting last night at the Sydney Amateurs in Cremorne. Seems to be a smaller number of yachts attempting the trip this year, about 12 as opposed to 15 or more in previous years. There might be moorings in the lagoon available if anybody else wishes to book one.
The rally raises money for the Lord Howe school which has limited fund raising capacity. The BBQ, $50 a head, is on the evening of the 18 Nov at Neds Beach.
I am planning to go a couple of days early to give me some options if the weather isn't suitable, leaving Pittwater about the 11th.
