My starboard Barlow 18 2 speed non-s/t sheet winch seems to approaching it's demise.
The drum is very sloppy and on occasion will bind. It can be jiggled up and down aswell as side to side.
I've swapped the drums and bearings over from side to side but it's only the one drum that is sloppy.
Anyone familiar with these old winches?
Contact ARCO winches, they have all the old Barlow parts and dies and are super helpful
