Apart from the fact this Girl was Designed by Joe Adams , This would be my pick if I was still in the market for a cruiser.

A very impressive yacht, built like a war ship. The sort of yacht that could handle the Antarctic or the North West Passage.

Only an hour to go but one one of our fellow listers has this one for sale. Lot of boat for the money.

Friend of mine has a steel Adams 45 up on the hard at the moment. Was going to be a six month break but I suspect it will be far longer [ I predict 2 yrs]. Interior stripped out and being readied for sand blasting.

any thoughts on the East Coast 31 versus an Adams 31 (aft cockpit)?

The East Coast 31 is on a different level. Shame there are not more about with tiller steering. The Adams 31 with aft cockpits don't have very comfortable cockpits.

thanks for the info. that East Coast 31 has been relisted on eBay with a $30k starting price (up from $25k).

in another thread here from a few years ago someone that owned one said that most of the East Coast 31s had bad osmosis issues, any thoughts on that?
