Hi, all.

Anyone use the DVD or Online Course to do their NSW Boat Licence Course?
http://myrta.com/maritime-estore/boating-safety-course/general_boat_licence_dvd

Poor internet at our place, so am thinking of ordering the DVD.
I have to buy one, regardless, but interested in which is better?
Thanks

Sorry I can't help with this one, I got my license years ago when there was no course!

We both got our NSW powerboat licenses a couple of years ago. We did it through ABC boating. Basically they sent us a booklet, we tested ourselves a few times online and then did a full day course at Marmong Point Marina. Morning was theory, we sat the test and had a practical in the afternoon. Really easy.
