Hi,
Does anyone know the dimensions of the cutlass bearing in a Clansman to request when replacing? Are they standard? Mine is for a 1 inch shaft and has a rubber bearing. I'm not sure what thickness the outer metal casing is. I was hoping to avoid getting the boat out of the water and then waiting to order the correct part.
Thanks
David

I doubt they will be standard. Even if they were when new they may not be now. If you get it out a workshop can turn one up to the right dimensions in short time.
