I bought this triple sheet block on Ebay as a spare in case I have a problem with the existing one. It has RF 1495 stamped on it but no Ronstan markings.
I googled RF1495 with no success.
I suspect a Chinese copy. It is solidly built and looks very professionally done but you don't know until it is tested. But then you don't know how good an old one is either.
Anybody seen this before?
Hi Small world thanks for the purchase you bough it from my ebay store. i don't think it`s Chinese my grandad bought it almost 20 years ago from bosuns locker at the rpayc so kind of before the china copy days he never used it and stored it as a spare .i used it on my old nacre5.2 catamaran for only a summer but took it of before i sold the boat because it was to nice.
I do think it's a harken made product sold by ronstan

I kind of like the stove had it going again the other day it's about twice as hot as my metho maxi but not as easy to use I will get new burners and may use it for camping
