Hi all.

Is there anyone who owns a Folkboat who would be willing to have me on board one day so I can experience the joys of these yachts and help me decide on what kind of yacht to purchase in the future.

Hello

as chance would have it, I have a Folkboat...IF, built circa '77. I'm based at Scarborough, north of Brisbane. I haven't sailed her yet, however, she's ready.

PM me if you're interested.

Kind regards
Tracey

Hi, I am in Sydney with a Marieholm 26. You would be welcome for a sail.

Hi jdol-Should you be open to having a crew member on board,I would more than like to go out for a sail on your yacht.

Last time for me was on an old 'Stella' all in clear finished timber. These were an earlier version based on a timber clinker hull.
I believe they tried to have all the various models 'similar' in keeping with the one design philosophy.

Had a great day out on Sydney Harbour and have a tremendous respect for this gallant design.

Regards, C.R.
