Except for the keel. In the case of the top picture I should imagine its a keel canter with the keel set the max the opposite way to help tilt the vessel.

Its a big risk. We used to clean the hull this way on one of our previous boats. Can get a bit scary when the operator of the pull boat on the mast dosent listen to instructions.

I wonder how you would explain to the insurance company if it went wrong and stood back up while under there.
