What type of boat for a live aboard /first yacht/ ???? am looking at a 75 swanson 36'' ....$40000 any opinions?

I am stunned that that boat has not sold yet. Looks like the Cole 35 might have sold. I was rowing passed the 35 footer that sold here during the week for 3 grand. Damn that was a gift. That includes the mooring too!

I like Swanson 36 yachts too. Nearly bought a 32 a few years ago. Big boat for a first boat though.
