Bought the wife and I a couple of Hobie Sport kayaks with side kicks and sails.
They are ideal for poking around rivers and lakes.
They sail impressively well for what is basically a bathtub. Bit expensive but they seem to be well made and should last.
They fit inside the camper van no probs (9 foot seven inches) and are simple to set up
I organised for her first solo sail ever and waited for the train wreck. No train wreck.
She took off like Capt Cook. Good way to spend the day exploring and the pedal mirage drive thingos get you out of
trouble if the wind drives you on to a lee shore. Highly recommended except for the price. You could buy a nice trailer
sailer for the same money.

Had a few Hobie cats and IMO you pay for the seal of quality! Hobie are great!
