I am looking to purchase a 4 person inflatable life raft for coastal long range cruising.
Does anyone have any opinions on best model to look at

Yep.

Contact Marine Safe Australia at Springwood on the south side of Brisbane. Ask to speak with Peter Campbell-Byrnes and say that Peter Wilkinson from Bundaberg sent you.

He specializes in service, price and the right advice. He has been in the game for a lot of years and is as honest as the day is long.

Phone (07) 3808 1988, email [email protected], web www.marinesafe.com.au

RFD and Zodiac are the brands to be looking at.

Thanks Guy's
I followed Cisco's advice and contacted Peter at Marine safe Australia. Purchased an RFD with Packed EPIRB.
Good advice Cisco, Peter was everything you said he would be.

Where are you now Phil? We are in Shark Bay heading to Monkey Mia. It has been a horrible Southerly that won't let up since leaving Exmouth.

Hi Darren, Rea is in Townsville, will be heading to Darwin early November and will park her up there until Cyclone season is over.
Should be in Perth mid next year. Hoping to get a trip to Bali in before then.
Been following progress of seachange, looks like you have had a good trip so far.
