Different boat, but he's clearly asking too much. Low hours motor though, would be nice for 30k
It's going great thanks, I justed arrived back home today from another lovely night moored at Tangalooma. My only complaint, and this is rare for yacht owners, is that it is not big enough 
I reckon he will get close to his asking price. Good yachts still achieve reasonable prices, people get sick of looking at rubbish. Having looked at a few S&S34s for other people, those listed cheaply have all been sickening in condition, presentation and fitout.
Paying $45,000 or more for a good and ready to go S&S36 is, IMHO, money well spent.
I think for 50k its a great boat. Itd be something id be looking at if that were my budget
