Can anyone tell me if the tri fli and heron builders ex SYDNEY are still in business.

I need a couple of outrigger stainless bars for a Tri Fli trimaran.

Corrosion and fatigue cracks have taken their toll.

Having a look at my TriFli the out riggers should be able to be made by a good marine engineer, about 10 years ago I has some boat rear steps made from tubing.
If your a DIY sort Stainless tube is quite common from specialist steel supplies, if you need it bent see your local car exhaust guy.

Having a re-look ... find some tube and a 'creative' exhaust maker, give him the old ones and tell him to copy them.

Here is a starting point for you.

Thanks Gizmo pipe and bending budget price is currently over $450

Will try epoxy and effort as a means of under investing in the new toy.

Are the standard 1.5 inch material outrigger supports up to the task as many stress cracks are apparent and 1 rear socket was holed on purchase.

Cut an inspection inbetween the sockets to repair internally the damage.

Is yours a fully battened main or is the model I have with a sock over a two piece aluminium mast the standard.
