I recently saw a near new 6 hp 4 stroke Johnson advertised at what seem to be a reasonable price
Looking on the net it appears that Johnson outboards are no longer produced
Any experiences or thoughts on this engine would be appreciated

Johnson/Evenrude went bankupt many years ago. They were acquired by the Canadian snow mobile maker, Bombardier. They are still made and all parts are available just they come from Bombardier. The only difference is they are much more efficient when it comes to parts.

On another forum a person posted that it is the same as a DF6 Suzuki and looking at photo's of both they look very similar
Does anyone have any feedback on the Suzuki
