Hi Guys,
I have a mooring coming up at Lavender Bay.
I am allowed to put up to a 10 metre yacht there.
Who know whether the 10 metres is measured at the water level or the longest part of the boat?

Length overall. I think they are a bit flexible, mine is 10.3 metres or close to it but they use the 10 metre rule for it.

As Morningbird said, officially it's LOA of the hull without appendages eg. if you have a bowsprit, generally it's invisible.
