Hello, I'm new here and live in Adelaide. Interested in looking into living aboard at North Haven. I located a brochure that says $50-$80/week. Does anyone here live aboard at North Haven or nearby - perhaps Port Adelaide or Glenelg? Does the cost include electricity? Looking for a boat around 30-35 ft.

Have a look at that Duncanson 34 for sale there. I'm surprised North Haven is that cheap. Have a wander around the yard and chat with some of the locals there and get a feel for the place. You could always bring up the costs while tyre kicking!
