I'm looking for competent crew.

28 March through to 12 April 2015.

Silhouetic is a 2006, 35 Jeanneau Sun Odyssey. She has three cabins, Self steering, Sound system, etc. We will be sailing from Hastings to Wilsons Promontory, with a possible excursion to Deal Island. Then an overnight passage to Eden. From there it will be short legs to numerous ports and anchorages till we get to Port Hacking, Sydney.

I am not a punter for this trip but if you want "competent" crew, I think you should be covering their feeding and repatriation to their home port on completion of the passage.

Let that be known, I think you will get some enquiry. Don't trust backpackers, no matter what they say. They will eat you out of house and home, to coin a phrase.

Your planned trip is at the same time as the Sydney Regattas' preparations. Not many of the people you would need would be available l guess.
Fair winds!

There's two of us (my regular crewmate and I) who can handle the yacht. Then there's possibly my brother not so experienced.
To have another hand (or two) for watches (Prom to Eden) would be a good thing. Besides, "all the more, the merrier ".

I can offer transport (transfers) in Melbourne and will feed everyone. But getting to or from each city I will leave to the intrepid adventurer for now.

No. I won't leave with any backpackers or uninitiated people. Been there. If I did, be the short legs into Sydney.

It's not so much about help but an offer to fellow adventures. I also would like a chance to crew along with interested parties.

Guess I should have titled it 'Crew Welcome'.
