I use navionics on an android device
However it has an annoying problem which i was wondering if it was normal
When i initially start the app i get a startup screen followed by the need to select OK then the app runs flawlessly
Quite often i open a second app to check weather , email or whatever but i find if i then want to return to the already open navionics app more often than not i have to go through the whole startup procedure again pita
I have looked for a solution in settings but nothing seems to solve the problem
Any suggestions welcome 
Thats weird. It always runs for me in the background. From memory it may time out
If you get to your main screen via the "back" button, it quits Navionics.
If you get there via the "main screen" button, still running in the background on my android phone, then go back to Nav via the "recent" button.
That's how it works on my s5 anyway.
