Need help learning to sail cat ketch rig

I just bought a 38 ft cat ketch aluminium alloy sailboat with wishbones.

Sailing it from Langkawi, Malaysia to Thailand, I broke the main sail wishbone and had difficulties going upwind.

Would anybody with experience sailing this rig would like to have a holiday in Langkawi, Malaysia teaching me how to rig it efficiently and sail it securely ?

I am by myself so there is room for more people. A couple could be ideal. We could stay in Malaysia or sail it to Thailand, Andaman Islands or anywhere else.
