The last two times we were in Mooloolaba, we had a lot of problems setting the anchor up near Mooloolah Island (the Cruising Bibles recommended anchorage), very shallow and silty.

Yeah he couldnt find a spot so went into marina. We we are anchored is good. Had trouble getting anchor up yesterday actually but many have been dragging as weve had some gusty 30+kn days. Gotta get outta here. Tomorrows the plan.
