Place to work on yacht Botany Bay port hacking

I am buying a SS Defiance in Sydney and need to do some minor work on it myself. Any suggestions about a suitable club or Marina with reasonable fees,do not need to slip.

I think the terms 'Marina' and 'reasonable fees' are an oxymoron.

Try the Botany Bay Yacht Club in Kogarah Bay or ring David Mackay to see if he has any suggestions (PM me for his number) he has been the area around since time immemorial.
