Hi everyone.
I have just bought a tuff tender to replace the stupid unstable little allycraft that came with my boat.
I know it has the lifting points built in but was wondering what everyone is using as lifting slings?
Most slings I have seen online have snap type ends suited for hooking on to an eyebolt but these would just move up and down on the round bar lifting points. Anyone seen or using something different. For now all I can think of is 4 1 meter slings choked around the bar, 2 front and two back

4 x 1m x 1t flat web slings look like the way to go, we sell them for about $7 each so it's a cheap and easy to use option.

If you didn't want to choke them (can be a pain to get off) you could go for 4 x 2m and run them through the bar and both ends back to the hook. Only pain with this is you need hooks big enough to take 4 webbing eyes, not two. 2m x 1t we sell for about $10 each.

If you wanted to get real fancy you could splice 4 x endless dyneema loops directly onto the bars and leave them there. Then have 4 hooks on your lifting slings and leave the slings connected to the main davit lines
