Hi
Just wondering if people have had much experience cruising around port Stephens in a 34 foot monohull. Are there many good anchorages and sailing destinations.

If you only draw around 1.5m draught you can get up to Karauh on a high tide.

Fame Cove, you gotta do Fame Cove.

Then it's the islands outside Port Stephens!

Big sand bar in the middle of the bay will keep you on your toes ,lots of good overnight anchorages
north arm cove ,fame cove ,salamander bay ,tea gardens ,lemon tree passage, and many more
lots of sandy beaches around the whole area ,you will have plenty to see ,tea gardens and karuha
will be high tide access only depending on your draught , cheers ray
