My wife and I are about to tackle the Kimberly again, this will be the third time, however the last visit was 18 years ago, looking forward to this visit, we are sailing in a Beneteau 50'. All posts welcolm.

What draft do you have? I draw 2.7m and was wondering about access to the Kimberley (long term plan)

Beneteau First 44.7 with deep draft keel. The Noelex was 1.85 keel down and about .45 keel up, bit more trepidation about touching the bottom now.

Frant, nice, a friend of mine is sailing the Sydney/Hobart in a First 44, watch out for it " Shazam"
