Think your boat is shoal draft with swing keel, and this one is fin keel.

Yes, she has a 2.2m draft, and for some one who doesnt know much about sailing, me, she goes like the Clappers and sails easy
Alls good, I was told that it had a new Raymarine Auto Helm, well it did, EXCEPT for the ram, so after a new ram, its now good.

No mate. Might be a bit more comfortable though. I am presently sitting in a B&B in a tiny village in Shropshire having hiked 10km in the rain to see an Iron Age hill fort. Missed the fort.
You have a really really nice boat. You might wish to leave it laid up if you have doubts about selling it. Like mine, you may never find another.
