Special morning this morning.
Atmospheric conditions mean the high tide at about 0830 hrs will be 300 - 400mm above HAT.
Almost unheard of on the mainland but common here this time of year.
What is unusual is the range over 1 foot in the old measure.

...... I think three days after the full moon it's the highest water ? not sure on that info though someone that doesn't have to rush off to work could check that ......

HAT is Highest Astronomical Tide. Usually used for things like bridge clearances.
