I'm looking at getting a storm jib for my S80 and prices are ranging from $430 to $630 what should I be looking for in each one?

Look in the RRS (blue book) if you want it for Cat 4. I believe it at least says what you cannot make it from.

Given that a storm job is usually packed & stored wet & salty in a locker for extended periods, make sure its made from something of good longevity!

And permanently attached the sheets, and heavily wool it.

8oz Orange Dacron, webbed corners, seams triple stitched in zig zag or double stItched in three step.
for the S80 I assume hanks, should have extra reinforcing patches under each or if a luff tape should have an extension above head of 2m or more( not stop at head).
Should be around $450-500!incl GST.
