He's sailing around Oz with a mate in another tophat and posts one-minute videos every now and then. More details on the tophat website.

He's a great character, doesn't take himself too seriously and seems to be having a lot of fun getting out there and seeing it all. Good value if you've time to kill. I've watched vids from Tassie (previous trip a few years ago) and a few others on the east coast and then a few months ago he starts moving up the QLD coast and around the top.

The other yacht is actually a twin keeler and not a Top Hat.

This will disclose my other ID, but I usually post Robs position, progress and any comments
I have received from him each day at around 2000 to 2100 hours EST on the Top Hat site.

At present heading for Exmouth, maybe two days out, where he will be stopping to do repairs.

Leaking sail track I think. Was the only thing he didn't fix when he did the refit for this Voyage.
