HI

i'm looking for a Laser II or any other boat that is similar to a Laser II.
I'm new to 2 man boats as I used to sail on sabots, lasers and OK dinghys

Well Rhys, you have sailed OK's so you can't be all bad. Laser 11's were spectacularly unsuccessful in the market place and occasionally appear on eBay. There was one locally only a few weeks ago, I can't remember what it sold for now. Good boat for the money. Other choices are 505's, 470's, 29ers even Fireballs. If your just going to club race keep an eye on eBay there is the occasional gem.

Laser 2 on eBay at the moment with 6 days to go. Boat and trailer is in Gosford NSW. $600, bit rough, good trailer.

We've got a Manly Junior for sale although I think its more of a teenagers boat rather than an adults boat. Located SE Qld
