There is one for sale on Gumtree at the moment though it is not identified as such.

24 footer usually built in Brunzeel mahogany ply to the 1/4 tonner rule. I would have given my left nut for one of these in the 70's. This one is for sale with an outboard and a mooring in Kogerah Bay for $1200. That is a reasonable price to pay for a mooring!

The poor boat looks like a neglected mooring minder!

Except it is an RMS mooring so he doesn't own the mooring space so that it is in an ideal location may be irrelevant. The cost of having someone lift and place the apparatus elsewhere probably negates the value of buying it.

At $1200 it's a reasonable proposition for a young bloke to buy and operate from even if it's just over the Christmas break. Have a holiday and sell on afterwards. Sell it on via Jonathon!
