Just let You all known,
probably ok for local, just a bit disappointing. Yaringa has dozens crappy boats
all over the place but legal matters complexity, auctioning only a few.

Saturday 26th November 2011

In accordance with Yaringa Boat Harbour's Terms, the following vessels will be sold at public auction on Saturday 26th November 2011. Inspection is strictly from 9am on the day of the auction (no prior viewing available). Auction commencing from 12pm.

Terms: $1,000 deposit. Settlement: 7 days.

Storage: Vessels to be removed within 14 days or 12 months storage paid in advance.

The Castle 650 looks OK.

How would someone bid if they are not from Vic?

Take a couple of days off and go for a drive, alternate is to go on one of the T/S forums and ask if someone lives near by.

Thats about the only one worth 1k What a grave yard. Id bet there's some water in the bilge in them there boats unless the rot releases it[}:)]

That Triton 24 would come up ok after a scrub down with oxalic acid or "Metal Gleam" [mixture of acids that make fibreglass come up like new]. The unfortunate part is there is a glut of great little yachts like that for sale. Castle would still be worth 10 grand.

The 9meter yacht looks like it would be a comfortable small cruiser.
