cruising catamaran DVD

Hi all,

Thanks for the opportunity to join the forum. I am a landlocked Territorian looking for an instructional sailing DVD that focuses on cruising catamarans. There seem to be quite a few availabe for racing cats, but does anyone know if a 'how to sail a cruising catamaran' DVD exists?

Also, does anyone have any thoughts on which style of sighting compass is the better for sailing, either the 'old-fashioned' open-up-like-a-notebook mirror style, or the 'solid' style which you look through like a little telescope?

Any help much appreciated.
