Check out gumtree , I have picked up 2 hobie 16 s over the years for free one on a trailer with sails and rigging ( both fairly crappy and needed some work but usable) , my brother got a calypso 13 hulls only and a hobie 14 hulls mast and tramp no sail for free , and he picked up a fully rigged 16 ft super nova trimaran for $60 , only thing missing was the centreboard ( lady could not find it ).

You would not build anything from scratch that is seaworthy for $60.if you do , find a cheap old windsurfing rig ,

If not
Keep an eye on gumtree in the giveaway section.

well, the budget is 80 dollars. I'm the only person how sails in my family so it has to be a single hander. stil thinking of a rebel cat-easy to sail , small and low budget

Good things come to those who wait.

I promise you mate that's golden advise. Hang tough and you will find a bargain/giveaway boat near you
