mooring in mangels bay

Thinking of getting a mooring at mangels bay Rockingham WA. Dose any one have any advice.

I laid a mooring there some years ago, could not get insurance, constant threat of a marina being built??, lots of boats break away in Northerly blows, not everybody lays a good mooring, my boat was subject to a constant covering by shags and theft , can give you no good news about Mangles Bay.
