i have a work colleague who has family coming over from spain and their sailors in their homeland. she asked how she could get them on a boat for a day in the bay . I mentioned sags or wags but have no idea if they take extra crew. does anyone know if they do take crew and if so how do you go about it?
id offer to take them out but I'm in the middle of fixing stuff. again!.

I wonder if there's any mid week racing up there Bubble maybe they can crew
RQYC at Manly have a wags every Wednesday afternoon they are happy to take crew (skilled & unskilled)
Turn up around midday and put your name now, last time I went it cost $5 a person.
The course is a around Green Is out to the Hope light and back to Manly, it takes about 2-3 hrs .
When are they coming out I might be able to take them out for a day?
Hi
I had no problem finding boats to crew on last winter out of Scarbourgh. Sags and Wags. I just got to the Boat Club an hour before midday and asked at the entry and was pointed in the right direction. The friendly commodore of the club made sure I was on a different boat each time as I't told him I want to learn as much in a squick a time as possible.
Was really great

Hi Bubble,
I was at Moreton with you and we had a few drinks on Jo-De7. I do Wags and Sags at Scarbourgh and have no problem taking them out and you are welcome as well. When are they due here?
John
Good on you Jode.
If you get stuck mate, I could take them out dependent upon dates.
Mind you, just a wee bit of a difference in the rides on offer! I think I would prefer Jode5 somehow!
cheers guys. ill ask my colleague at work tomorrow and get back to you all...
John and Deb were kind enough to take my wife and I out with them to watch the start of the B2G this year. They are lovely people and very hospitable. Your colleague couldn't have a better opportunity for sailing on Moreton Bay.
Their yacht "Jode7" is quite amazing.
